Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to BIZOPPMARKETER.

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of our Done-For-You Lead Generation System, managed website hosting, maintenance, and related optional services.

BIZOPPMARKETER is an independently operated business serving customers in the United States.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

BIZOPPMARKETER builds personalized lead-generation systems for individuals and businesses promoting legitimate business opportunities, affiliate programs, products, and services.

Our standard Done-For-You Lead Generation System includes:

• One customized lead-capture or opt-in page.
• One customized thank-you and opportunity page.
• Three follow-up emails written around your primary offer.
• A separate WordPress website installation.
• A lead database within your WordPress system.
• Integration with an appropriate email marketing provider.
• Traffic-source and lead tracking.
• Initial configuration, technical setup, and testing.
• A basic starter Privacy Policy for your website.
• One month of managed hosting, maintenance, and technical support.

The system is developed around one primary business opportunity or promotional offer.

We provide the technical setup and initial marketing materials. We do not supply advertising traffic, guarantee leads or sales, or manage your ongoing advertising activities.

3. Pricing and Payment

The total cost of the standard custom build is $397 USD.

Payment is divided into two parts.

Initial Deposit — $197

A $197 deposit is required to reserve your project and authorize us to begin custom development.

The deposit is applied toward the full $397 purchase price.

Custom work normally begins shortly after payment and receipt of the information needed to start the project.

Once custom work begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you cancel before custom work has begun, you may request a refund of your deposit.

If BIZOPPMARKETER is unable to complete your agreed project, your deposit will be refunded.

Remaining Balance — $200

When your system is completed, we will make it available for your review.

The remaining $200 must be paid within seven days after the completed system is presented for review.

Full access, administrator credentials, website release, and activation are provided only after the remaining balance is paid.

If the balance is not paid within seven days, the completed system remains on hold until payment is received.

We are not required to release, activate, or transfer an unpaid system.

Additional Expenses

Any required domain registration, separately purchased third-party services, or additional development outside the standard package will be discussed before additional charges are incurred.

4. Customer Information and Responsibilities

After paying the deposit, you will be asked to complete an onboarding form containing the information necessary to build your system.

This may include your business opportunity, personal referral URL, traffic sources, marketing preferences, domain information, email marketing provider, and relevant branding materials.

You agree to provide accurate information and materials that you are authorized to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products, services, and business opportunities you promote comply with applicable laws.

BIZOPPMARKETER does not knowingly provide services supporting illegal activities.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue projects involving unlawful activities.

5. Development Timeline

Most standard systems are completed within approximately 3–4 days after all necessary information has been received.

This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed deadline.

Actual completion times may vary depending on project requirements, the availability of required information, and technical circumstances.

We will communicate material delays when necessary.

6. Customer Delays and Incomplete Information

If we request information required to complete your project and do not receive it within 14 days of that request, your project may be placed on hold.

If the necessary information has not been provided and the project remains incomplete because of customer inactivity, we may terminate the project and customer relationship after 30 days from the original deposit date.

Any deposit refund remains subject to the conditions described in Section 3.

7. Corrections, Revisions, and Additional Work

The standard build includes corrections of typographical mistakes, configuration problems, technical errors, or other defects caused by BIZOPPMARKETER.

Corrections do not include unlimited redesigns, additional features, or changes unrelated to the agreed project scope.

Changes to Your Primary Opportunity

If you change your primary business opportunity during development, one such revision is included.

Additional changes may incur charges based on the work already completed and the amount of work that must be revised or rebuilt.

Any additional charges will be explained before separately billable work begins.

After the original project is completed, additional campaigns, pages, or development work may be quoted separately.

8. First Month of Managed Service

Your $397 purchase includes the first month of managed hosting, maintenance, and technical support.

The included month begins when your completed website is activated or handed over for use, as specified in your delivery confirmation.

The included month does not begin when your initial deposit is paid.

9. Ongoing Managed Service — $97/Month

After the included first month, ongoing managed hosting and maintenance costs $97 per month.

This includes:

• Website hosting.
• WordPress maintenance and updates.
• Plugin maintenance and updates.
• Website backups.
• Technical troubleshooting.
• Premium tools and licenses supplied through our managed service.
• Technical support for the system we built.

Routine content changes, new landing pages, additional campaigns, custom development, and unrelated technical work are not included.

Subscription Authorization

The ongoing managed service requires a separate Stripe subscription checkout and your authorization.

Payment of the initial build deposit does not automatically enroll you in a recurring subscription.

Your billing amount and billing schedule will be disclosed before subscription authorization.

If you choose not to continue with managed service, your hosting and related services will end when your included first month expires.

You remain responsible for transferring or backing up your website before that date.

10. Optional Campaign Service — $50/Month

Customers may separately purchase an optional campaign service for $50 per month.

This service includes one additional landing page and three follow-up emails each month, based on the promotional offer supplied by the customer.

Unused monthly campaigns do not roll over to future months.

If you provide all necessary campaign information on time but BIZOPPMARKETER is unable to deliver that month's purchased campaign, we will complete the outstanding campaign during the following month without an additional charge for that campaign.

This service is optional and must be separately authorized.

11. Technical Support

Technical support is provided primarily through email.

We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days.

Acknowledgment does not guarantee that every technical issue will be fully resolved within that timeframe.

Weekend support may be available but is not guaranteed.

Our standard service does not include meetings, video calls, or additional training.

Technical issues caused by our original work are covered within the agreed support scope. Unrelated changes, new features, or work outside that scope may require separate payment.

12. Failed Subscription Payments

If a payment for ongoing managed hosting and maintenance fails, a seven-day grace period begins on the date of the first failed payment.

If payment is not received within that period, managed hosting and related services may be suspended and terminated.

If the outstanding payment remains unpaid at the end of the seven-day grace period, the website, associated hosted data, and backups will be deleted from our servers.

This deletion may be permanent and irreversible.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own copies of important information and ensuring their payment information remains current.

13. Canceling Managed Service

You may cancel your managed-service subscription at any time without a cancellation penalty.

To request cancellation, contact:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

No further subscription renewals will be charged for the canceled service.

Managed hosting, maintenance, backups, technical support, and provided software licenses end when the paid service period expires.

Customers who wish to continue using their websites must arrange their own hosting and related services.

14. Customer Ownership

After payment of the complete $397 build price, the completed custom website system belongs to the customer, subject to applicable third-party software licenses.

This includes:

• Your website and custom pages.
• Your website content.
• Your lead database.
• Your collected leads and customer information.
• Your marketing materials created specifically for the project.
• Your website files and data.

You receive full WordPress administrator access and may manage, modify, back up, or move your website.

BIZOPPMARKETER does not claim ownership of your collected leads.

We do not use your customer leads for our own marketing or promotional purposes.

Third-Party Software

Your website may include Gravity Forms, Oxygen Builder, WordPress, and other third-party technologies.

These products remain subject to their respective software licenses.

The installed website can continue operating after you leave our managed service, but software updates, support, and future compatibility may require licenses obtained directly from the relevant providers.

Purchasing replacement licenses is your responsibility if you discontinue our managed service.

We do not guarantee future compatibility or ongoing third-party updates after your managed service ends.

15. Website Backups and Data Deletion

You have administrator access to your completed website and may create your own backups.

You may also request a complete website backup from BIZOPPMARKETER while your managed hosting remains active.

If your hosting service ends, you are responsible for obtaining your data or arranging a website transfer before the end of the applicable service period.

At the end of that period, your website, associated stored data, and hosting-server backups are deleted from our servers.

Once deleted, this information may not be recoverable.

BIZOPPMARKETER does not guarantee additional reminders before service expiration or data deletion.

The customer is responsible for retaining any desired copies of their website and information.

This policy concerns customer website data and does not require deletion of separate payment, tax, accounting, or other business records that must legally be retained.

16. Email Marketing and Privacy Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws governing the collection, storage, and use of personal information.

This includes providing appropriate privacy notices, obtaining required marketing permissions, and honoring unsubscribe or data-related requests.

We provide a basic starter Privacy Policy with the custom system.

Because individual businesses have different activities and legal requirements, customers are strongly encouraged to create a complete privacy policy tailored to their own operations.

BIZOPPMARKETER is not responsible for unlawful marketing practices carried out independently by a customer.

17. Third-Party Services

Our systems may rely on third-party software and providers, including WordPress, Gravity Forms, Oxygen Builder, Stripe, Brevo, domain registrars, and other technical services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for independent service interruptions, restrictions, changes, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.

18. No Guaranteed Marketing Results

BIZOPPMARKETER provides technical systems and marketing infrastructure.

We do not guarantee any particular number of visitors, leads, registrations, conversions, sales, commissions, or earnings.

Marketing results depend on multiple factors, including traffic quality, traffic quantity, the offer being promoted, and visitor behavior.

Your purchase covers the agreed system and services, not a guaranteed business or financial outcome.

19. Responsibility and Legal Rights

BIZOPPMARKETER agrees to provide the purchased services with reasonable care and according to the agreed project scope.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet connectivity, uninterrupted operation of third-party services, or any particular marketing outcome.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These terms are subject to applicable laws.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when our services, business operations, or legal requirements change.

Updated terms will be published on our website with their effective date.

Updates will not automatically change pricing or obligations already agreed to under an existing purchase.
